As a

Caregiver , you’ll provide personalized assistance and companionship, helping clients maintain independence and dignity in their own homes. Your daily support may include help with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and meaningful social interaction.

What We’re Looking For :

Experience :

1,000+ hours of experience with seniors or individuals with chronic conditions preferred. (CNA / HHA certification or companionship / housekeeping experience also accepted.)

Certifications :

CNA or HHA a plus but not required.

Health & Safety :

Current TB test and ability to assist safely with client transfers.

Transportation :

Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.

Background :

Must pass both national and state background checks.

Communication :

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Your Core Responsibilities :

Provide Quality Care :

Follow individualized care plans to meet each client’s needs.

Offer Daily Support :

Assist with companionship, meals, light cleaning, errands, and personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.).

Stay Observant :

Report client condition changes to the Care Manager promptly.

Ensure Safety :

Follow all safety and infection control protocols.

Document Accurately :

Track hours, tasks, and updates using our ClearCare Telephony system.

Represent with Professionalism :

Maintain a positive attitude and adhere to company standards.

Physical & Availability Requirements :

Ability to assist with transfers using safe techniques and proper equipment.

Reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
