This role is a contract to cover for a leave . The key function of the Sourcing Recruiter role is to match the right people to the right job. A Kestra Sourcing Recruiter will collaborate with our Senior Recruiters and hiring managers, and is responsible for creating innovative ways to manage candidates across multiple business units. Although this position will primarily be responsible for sourcing candidates, they may also help with screening candidates, negotiating compensation and making job offers to candidates while providing a first-class candidate experience. The Sourcing Recruiter reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development.

Hourly pay will be between $40.00 and $48.00 depending on experience.
