CA&M, Inc. is a minority-owned small business specializing in high fidelity simulation-based training services for federal agencies. For over five years, we have provided professional actors and standardized patient role players to support high-fidelity medical and training simulations for the U.S. military. We are now expanding our network to support the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Cheltenham, Maryland.

Overview

We are seekingprofessional Role Players to participate in law enforcement training scenarios at FLETC. Role Players will portray suspects, witnesses, victims, and community members in realistic training exercises designed to prepare federal law enforcement officers for the field.

Scenarios may involve physical contact, including searches, defensive tactics, or simulated arrests. Full training and safety orientation will be provided by the Government prior to performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as suspects, victims, or bystanders in scripted and improvisational training scenarios.
• Follow instructor direction and maintain realism while ensuring safety.
• Participate in exercises involving physical contact (e.g., search, handcuffing, controlled defensive tactics).
• Wear appropriate clothing or props as required by each scenario (provided as needed).
• Arrive on time, prepared, and professionally conduct yourself at all times.
• Sign in / out and maintain accurate attendance records.
