About Us

We are a small, client-focused CPA firm, located in Winter Garden, FL for over 50 years. We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Tax Preparer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Online and preparing individual tax returns (Form 1040) .

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile client books in QuickBooks Online
  • Process bank and credit card transactions, payroll, and journal entries
  • Prepare and review financial reports
  • Prepare individual income tax returns (Form 1040)
  • Communicate with clients regarding missing information and tax questions
  • Assist with other accounting and tax tasks as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills

    • Education & Experience

  • 3+ years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
  • 3+ year experience preparing 1040 tax returns
