Licensure : Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky. CPR certification required. Experience : Experience in home visitation is preferred. Technical Skills : Proficiency in phlebotomy (blood draws) and accurate clinical documentation. Soft Skills : Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Comfort with community outreach is essential. Conduct in-home blood draws for lead testing. Provide education and follow-up case management. Assist with special public health projects. Document care accurately in patient records.
