What You'll Do

As a Sales Center Representative, your primary focus is sales-first and converting inquiries into enrollments while providing exceptional customer service. You'll engage with families through inbound and outbound calls, texts, and online chats. Turning interest into excitement and excitement into enrollment!

• Commit to, and consistently be available to, work a defined schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Build rapport with prospective families and confidently enroll new students
• Answer inbound calls, texts, and web inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Listen actively to understand family needs and recommend the right program
• Present pricing, promotions, and benefits persuasively
• Overcome objections with empathy and problem-solving skills
• Make follow-up calls and texts to maximize every enrollment opportunity
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate information in CRM systems in a timely manner
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and support one another
