HR Generalist

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to join their People Team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage new hire onboarding, immigration coordination, and employee survey programs

Support performance management processes and assist with company-wide HR initiatives

Coordinate recruiting support during hiring spikes and serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related role

BA / BS degree or greater

Exposure to onboarding / offboarding workflows and HR compliance concepts

Familiarity with HRIS platforms; experience with Paylocity is a strong plus

Proven ability to leverage data analysis and trends for actionable recommendations
