Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patient needs and create personalized therapy strategies to facilitate their functional achievements
• Implement Therapeutic Interventions : Employ evidence-based techniques to improve patients' mobility, cognitive function, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work in conjunction with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families : Teach patients and their caregivers effective therapy methods to encourage progress at home
• Track and Document Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track with their goals
