As a Service Technician , you’ll play a key role in maintaining and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC systems to ensure peak performance. This isn’t just about fixing equipment — it’s about building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of commercial HVAC systems

Perform start-ups and preventive maintenance on equipment from leading brands

Use Mobile-Tech to document service activities, including work orders, maintenance checklists, and time sheets

Ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency with every job

Requirements :

What We’re Looking For

Age : 18 years or older

Driver’s License : Valid with a clean driving record

Education : High school diploma or equivalent, Associate’s degree from an HVAC trade school or 5+ years of related experience preferred

Computer Skills : Basic proficiency required

Technical Skills : Strong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC building systems

Certification : Universal EPA Certification required

Professionalism : Maintain a professional image and strong customer service skills

Flexibility : Availability for overtime and some weekends as needed

Communication : Excellent written and verbal skills

Preferred Experience : Familiarity with air / water cooled chillers is a plus
