Opportunity Details :
- 4-Day Work Week
- Work alongside 11 primary care physicians and 20 Advanced Practice Clinicians in a collaborative care model
- Practice Internal Medicine with opportunity to include subspecialty, i.e., Endo, Cardiology, Rheum, etc.
- Outstanding primary care group using Epic EMR at an award-winning critical access hospital with high physician engagement and retention
