Fulton Bank is undergoing a transformation to elevate its data capabilities in support of its mission to 'change lives for the better'. The Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDO) will lead this transformation by developing and executing a bank-wide data strategy that enhances decision-making and drives innovation, while ensuring data quality, security and regulatory compliance. This executive role combines strategic vision with technical leadership, overseeing data architecture, engineering, governance, analytics and operations. The CDO will collaborate across business units and with senior leadership to embed data as a core asset and build a culture of data-driven excellence. Location : Flexible location within the Fulton footprint (PA, VA, MD, DE, NJ). Requires frequent / recurring travel to headquarters in Lancaster, PA (~2-3 days / week, several weeks a month).

Qualifications

Required Education : Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty : Data Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related.

Master's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty : Data Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related.

Required Experience : 10 or more years data strategy, architecture, governance, engineering, operations, quality & risk management.

5 or more years data analytics, visualization, AI / ML.

5 or more years technical and strategic leadership and resource management.

5 or more years banking or financial services.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Pay Transparency

We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses / credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The salary range for this position is $243,700.00 - $406,200.00 annually.

Additional Compensation Components

This job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
