As the only designated Emergency Cardiac Care Center in Baldwin County and the Lake Oconee / Greene County region, we are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our community.\n\nPosition Summary\n\nThe Clinical Lead RN provides leadership and clinical expertise to support nursing staff and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care. This role includes oversight of daily operations, mentoring team members, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote excellence in clinical practice.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n
- Serve as a clinical resource and role model for nursing staff.\n
- Coordinate patient care activities and ensure appropriate staffing levels.\n
- Support quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory standards.\n
- Facilitate communication among team members, patients, and families.\n
- Assist with onboarding and training of new staff.\n
- Participate in performance evaluations and staff development.\n\nQualifications\n
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.\n
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Clinical Nurse required.\n
- Preferred : 2 years of clinical nursing experience and 6 months as a Charge Nurse.\n
- Current RN license with the Georgia State Board of Nursing.\n
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.\n
- Ability to think analytically, work independently, and collaborate effectively.\n\nAdditional Requirements\n
- Must attend hospital mandatory training annually.\n
- Must maintain and successfully complete all competencies, including age-specific and department-specific training, on an annual basis.\n
