- Tipo de puesto : Tiempo completo, remoto
- Horario : De lunes a viernes, con turnos de 8 horas entre las 8 : 00 a. m. y las 8 : 00 p. m. (hora del este)
- Capacitación : Orientación integral de 7 semanas con capacitación completa y apoyo continuo
- Entorno : Oportunidad de trabajo 100% remoto Requisitos
- Excelentes habilidades de escucha activa y resolución de problemas
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples sistemas y tareas de manera eficiente, manteniendo un tono profesional y empático
- Auténtica pasión por mejorar la vida de los demás Requisitos
- Diploma de bachillerato o equivalente (se prefiere licenciatura)
- Mínimo de 1 año de experiencia en operaciones de seguros o un campo relacionado
- Dominio de diversas plataformas y herramientas web
- Gran atención al detalle y capacidad de organización
