Description :

A healthcare facility in Ogdensburg, NY is seeking an experienced Travel RRT for a 13-week assignment. The RRT will provide respiratory care for adult patients, ensuring proper ventilation, airway management, and oxygen therapy.

Requirements :

Active NYS RRT license

Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Ability to work independently and manage a 2 : 1 patient ratio

Responsibilities :

Administer respiratory treatments and oxygen therapy

Manage ventilators and airway devices

Monitor and assess patient respiratory status

Document patient care in Alice 6, Meditech, or paper charting systems

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care
