Vice President of Operations

Join Our Team as Vice President of Operations Our small, specialty construction company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead our team to new heights. If you are passionate about driving efficiency, innovation, and results, this role is for you. Daily Responsibilities : Lead and integrate operations across design, project management, production shops, and field operations Develop and implement scalable processes, policies, and procedures for exceptional results Inspire accountability, mentor, and build a high-performance culture through other leaders Drive quality, performance, and financial goals Travel approximately 20% within the U.S. Required Skills : 10+ years leading cross-functional operations in construction or related Deep understanding of construction including estimating, contracts, design, project delivery / management, logistics, and field operations Proven experience leading teams and developing individuals, using integrity and metrics Bachelor's in business, operations, manufacturing, or related field Technical expertise in reading blueprints / specs and applying algebraic reasoning Nice to Have Skills : Experience in non-residential or specialty construction, especially themed construction EOS experience highly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERPs, and project management tools Our Culture & What We Offer : We pride ourselves on being a close-knit, people-first company where collaboration, integrity, and professional growth are part of our foundation.
