Key Responsibilities

Part-time evening & part-time day available!

Patient Monitoring and Care :

Take and record patients' vital signs, height, and weight.

Perform blood draws, assist with PPD tests, and conduct EKGs as required.

Measure and document fluid intake and output.

Treatment Assistance :

Support patient treatments, including dressing changes, decubitus ulcer care, and tracheostomy care.

Assist in scheduling patient appointments to ensure continuity of care.

Safety and Compliance :

Follow YesCare and facility safety and security policies, including participation in disaster drills.

Adhere to regulations for handling keys, sharps, and controlled medications.

Key Qualifications

Education : High school graduate or equivalent required.

Certification : Must hold a valid CNA certification from a recognized professional organization in the state of hire.

Strong critical thinking and organizational abilities.

Decisive judgment and effective communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Work Environment : Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and stressful environment, taking appropriate actions as needed.

Screening Requirements : Background check, security clearance, and drug screening are mandatory.
