About The Position

We are seeking a

skilled and motivated General Surgeon with trauma experience to join and lead a

high-performing team at a Level III Trauma Center in El Paso, TX. This

opportunity is with one of America’s pre-eminent Trauma and Acute Care Surgery

groups, offering a dynamic case mix, professional development, and the chance

to make a significant impact on trauma care in the region.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead a collaborative team of trauma

surgeons and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

Provide surgical coverage for a broad

spectrum of emergency general surgery and trauma cases

Collaborate closely with hospital

administration, emergency department teams, and other specialties to

optimize patient outcomes

Contribute to performance improvement

initiatives and trauma program development

Participate in ongoing education,

mentorship, and quality assurance activities

Qualifications :

Board Certified in General Surgery –

Required

Surgical Critical Care certification –

Preferred but not required

Minimum of 2 years of clinical

experience in a verified trauma program
