Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Were seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist with strong sterile compounding and home infusion experience to join a respected pharmacy team in Texas . This day-shift, 5+ week contract role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacist who enjoys hands-on clinical work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Monday Friday, 8 : 30am 5 : 00pm

About the Role :

In this position, youll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, safety, and quality of sterile compounded medications. After a week of training, youll be trusted to work independentlyverifying compounds, managing medication supplies, and overseeing deliveries as they head out the door. This is an active position that involves standing throughout the shift and supporting various day-to-day operations within the pharmacy.

Primary Responsibilities :

Verify and check sterile compounded preparations prepared by technicians.

Prepare medications for the clean room and assist with IV compounding as needed.

Ensure all compounded products meet established standards for quality and safety.

Oversee medication and supply deliveries, maintaining organization and accuracy.

Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements :

Active Texas Pharmacist License (in good standing).

Sterile compounding and home infusion or inpatient hospital experience.

IV certification required.

Ability to work independently and maintain high accuracy in a busy environment.
