Construction Coordinator I - Power Delivery

Mortenson is currently seeking a Construction Coordinator I with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities :

• Collect and organize punch lists, inventory, work production plans for easy retrieval and documenting
• Process invoices and billing under the supervision of project manager and / or project accountant
• Train in new project admins / clerks
• Perform basic inventory control under the direction of project management staff
• Assist with record retention and document controls
• Perform basic field quality and safety inspections
• Document conformance to plans and specs
• Recommend potential solutions
• Promote Mortenson's safety culture
• Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
• All other duties as assigned

The base pay range for this role is $56,200 - $75,900. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations : Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
