About the Role
A community-based behavioral health clinic in South Oxnard is seeking a dedicated Clinician (ACSW / AMFT / APCC) to join its treatment team. The Clinician will support children, youth, and families within a moderate-to-severe mental health setting.
You will work on-site as part of an interdisciplinary team including physicians, psychiatrists, case managers, and other clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual therapy to children, teens, and transitional-age youth (0–21)
- Facilitate collateral services and family-focused interventions
- Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with medical and behavioral health providers
- Carry a caseload of approximately 25–35 clients
- Provide case management and supportive services to families
Required Qualifications
Registered ACSW, AMFT, or APCC with an active BBS registration numberSpanish bilingual highly preferredAbility to work with moderate-to-severe mental health populationsComfortable working on-site and engaging in high-collaboration clinical workPreferred Qualifications
