Job descriptionDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the non-sterile labs, in partnership with the quality team Partner with the Operations Learning team to ensure all employees are properly trained in SOPs Partner with Operations Learning Consultants and Operations Learning Specialists to plan and track training requirements and needs Lead demand planning for the made-to-order lab (MTO) down to volume by dosage form per month Prepare and maintain work schedules across all labs MTO, MTS and Pack Lab ensuring each lab is properly staffed to manage anticipated demand and to support the workflow from lab to lab Conduct analysis on route changes and apply the actual data to the forecast Track and trend PTO / Callouts for headcount forecasting Conduct audits on logbooks and / or Pestle on a defined schedule and provide feedback and recommendations based on the audits Prepare monthly and weekly operations-related reports Act as backup for the Operations Manager at site and corporate meetings as needed Partner with the People Success team, the Quality team, and other groups as appropriate to ensure changes in SOPs and the overall business are clearly and effectively communicated to the Operations team Participate in ad hoc projects as needed Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated ability to take initiative and to work in a rapidly changing environment Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Positive outlook with a cando mindset You quickly learn new processes, policies, procedures, and techniques 5+years of hands-on work in pharmacy operations 2-4 years of related scheduling, planning, and project management experience Understanding of compounding regulatory and quality requirements Familiarity with SOPs and the process for creating and implementing them Demonstrated analytical skills, including creating and analyzing reports and providing recommendations based on the analysis Ability to multitask Utilize ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules and generate reporting. The Master Production Scheduler supports the AZ operations team by managing and leading initiatives to ensure a safe, productive work environment. Leads site-wide projects related to training, standard scheduling, operating procedures, reporting and more.
When and where will you work?
- This position is onsite in Scottsdale, AZ
- Must work in Chandler once we relocate
- The shift is 9 : 00 am - 5 : 30 pm
