ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Regular and consistent attendance.
2. Provide phone support and written correspondence for members and Medicare to confirm data accuracy and completeness.
3. Verify and ensure beneficiary meets criteria to enroll per CMS guidelines.
4. Conducting daily enrollment process based on Medicare regulations and guidelines.
5. Identify, research and resolve all issues related to enrollment.
6. Responsible for entering and auditing enrollment applications into the member system, Dynamic.
7. Use verified documents to ensure data accuracy and to establish requirements for any discrepancies.
8. Fax, Email and provide phone support to provider to verify chronic conditions for C-SNP members.
9. Responsible for tracking, follow up on OOA, BAE and MSP.
10. Perform administrative tasks including but not limited to scanning, filing and attaching member records to the system, etc.
11. Perform any additional work-related duties as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience work experience in a healthcare environment
• 1+ years of experience in a clerical or administrative role
• Intermediate in MS Excel and Word
• 45+ WPM typing
