Job Description

Elwyn Adult Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) .to assume responsibility for nursing care to all group home residential programs and supported apartments programs for young adults through geriatric individuals with chronic mental illness. The LPN provides generalized and specialized care; maintains appropriate records, functions as a member of an interdisciplinary team and performs related work as required; oversees the maintenance of medical records and compliance with all state regulations and CARF; and exercises independent nursing judgment.
