Acute Care Tech II - MSICU / PCU
Full-time position located at Bethesda North Hospital, MSICU / PCU. The role focuses on assisting with daily living activities and basic procedures under nurse supervision, performing basic patient care tasks, coordinating patient flow, and maintaining a safe and compliant environment.
Job Overview
This position provides assistance and / or performs basic activities of daily living and specified treatments and procedures under the direct supervision of the nurse. It also includes clerical duties and communication responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum 2 years of education).
- Minimum age 17 with work permit.
- Reading and math ability appropriate to the position.
- Phone and pager or patient call system proficiency.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Job Responsibilities
