Required Qualifications

Occupational Therapist, Outpatient

Experience : 3 years

Licenses : OT-OR

References : 1 Reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications

2+ YRS EXP; OUTPTIENT; MUST have Hand Therapy EXP; Preferable to be a Certified Hand Therapist
