Key Responsibilities
Develop and administer compensation programs for union and non-union employees
Provide expert consultation on compensation matters and support union negotiations
Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation
Required Qualifications
5 years of compensation experience, including data analysis and consulting
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or a related field (preferred)
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation (preferred)
Experience in healthcare compensation and supporting union bargaining (preferred)
Project management experience (preferred)
