Providence is calling for applications for our August 2025 RN Resource Nurses - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Fellowship at Mission Hospital Mission Viejo.

An RN Fellow at Providence St. Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.

The position starts August 11, 2025

Required Qualifications :

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Upon hire : California Registered Nurse License
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
• 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
