Director of League Operations

A company is looking for a Director, League Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage compliance with Standard Player Agreements and monitor salary cap activities

Serve as the primary contact for immigration processes for players and staff

Support player safety protocols and handle disciplinary matters

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in sports, entertainment, or law

Experience with immigration filings and cross-border employment matters preferred

Strong knowledge of salary cap systems and hockey operations

Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion

Passion for professional sports, particularly hockey, is a plus
