We are seeking an experienced and strategic lead under the HR Mergers & Acquisitions Program Management Office (PMO) at T-Mobile. In this role, you will lead the Human Resources (HR) Program Management Office (PMO) to oversee and implement strategic HR initiatives tied to the successful integration of companies at various stages of M&A activity. At any given time, T-Mobile's HR team manages multiple mergers of varying complexity, size, and industry alignment. This is a great opportunity to shape the people, culture, and organizational outcomes of T-Mobile's growth strategy by integrating acquired talent and maintaining compliance and alignment across HR functions. You will need a strategic vision, operational expertise, and leadership savvy to engage partners, mitigate risks, and deliver results.
This is a hybrid role (3 days / week in the office) and can be based in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS.

Base Pay Range : $103,100 - $186,000 Corporate Bonus Target : 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and / or team performance.
