Home Health experience, w / 2 years minimum clinical experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Home health experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Home Health admissions, ROC s, recerts, functional assessments, supervising PTA Best personality Fit : Autonomous, motivated, self directed, organized REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS : BLS Floating Area(s) : All surrounding areas of McDowell county Dress Code : Scrub Color / Attire - n / a Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Manage caseload for PT and PTA in that area, minimum visits of 5.6 visit equivalents per day, supervising PTA and managing all patient PT needs including communication w / MD office Weekends and On call(if any) one weekend on call every 4-6 weeks (day shift : visits / evals, FA s or admits) No. of Positions : 1 / 1.
