We are seeking a senior data leader to define and drive the company's data vision and strategy at scale. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, decision science, and analytics strategy enabling Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to leverage data for measurable business impact.

This role focuses on strategic oversight, cross-functional influence, and high-impact decision-making while ensuring operational excellence across millions to billions of customer interactions.

What You'll Do & How You'll Make Your Mark :

• Define, own, and architect the company-wide data strategy, infrastructure, and operationalization, ensuring alignment with business objectives for retention, growth, and operational excellence.
• Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of high-impact data initiatives, collaborating closely with engineering, business intelligence, and analytics teams.
• Enable decision science at scale : predictive modeling, experimentation, churn analysis, LTV modeling, and personalization strategies.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to translate business priorities into actionable data initiatives, while leaving day-to-day pipeline execution to VP-level or operational teams.
• Establish and enforce data governance, quality, security, and compliance policies across large-scale hosting and SMB datasets.
• Communicate insights, trade-offs, and strategic recommendations effectively to executive leadership.
• Mentor senior individual contributors and managers, helping to scale a high-performing, technically sophisticated data organization.
