A company is looking for an Onboarding Manager responsible for overseeing the entire process of bringing new clients onboard.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process
Act as the main point of contact for the client throughout the onboarding process
Coordinate training and provide support until clients transition to the Support team
Qualifications and Skills :
Experience with project management tools like Jira and customer support platforms like Zendesk
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
Ability to set clear expectations and manage scope
Experience working with complex software or content management systems is preferred
Familiarity with client training and product adoption strategies is preferred
