As a Performance Marketing Manager specializing in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), you'll drive digital growth by enhancing the online customer experience through data-driven experimentation. You'll leverage analytics to identify optimization opportunities, execute A / B testing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve conversion rates across digital products and platforms.

About The Role

• Plan, execute, and analyze A / B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments aimed at improving conversion rates across digital touchpoints
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify conversion barriers and opportunities for enhancing the customer journey
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, development, and marketing to integrate CRO best practices into overall digital strategies
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conversion rates and user behavior
• Provide actionable recommendations and regular updates to stakeholders on optimization initiatives and results
• Manage CRO tools and technologies, ensuring they are effectively utilized to support testing and optimization efforts
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in conversion optimization
