Job Description Summary : P&P Foreman Helper. This role supports projects requiring setup and tear down of Pump & Power equipment, including bypass pumping, generators for special events, power distribution, A / C, heat, water restoration projects, and disaster response.

Responsibilities

Communication – represent Sunbelt in communicating with the customer and internal resources.
Perform physical labor setting up and tearing down projects.
Maintain tools and necessary supplies to successfully complete projects.
Assist with deliveries, pick-ups, and everyday business when not assigned to a project.
Adhere to safety and operational guidelines; comply with applicable laws and reasonable accommodations as needed.

Physical Demands

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors / outdoors as required by the job.

Qualifications

Ability to perform physical labor as described above.

Strong communication skills and teamwork.

Willingness to learn and develop skills on the job.

Benefits and Compensation

Base Pay Range : $20.48 - 28.16 per hour. Starting rate may vary by factors including position, location, education, training, and / or experience.
