Clean International Inc. is a fast-growing manufacturer of hemp-derived Delta-9 THC beverages. We produce high-quality, compliant, and innovative products for distribution in legal U.S. markets. Our mission is to elevate the hemp-derived beverage experience through precision, consistency, and care at every step of the production process.

Position Overview

This is a hybrid, hands-on leadership role responsible for both overseeing and actively participating in the day-to-day manufacturing of Delta-9 THC beverages. You will manage production operations, ensure compliance with cGMP and hemp regulations, maintain high quality standards, and work directly on the production floor operating equipment, batching, and packaging. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, combining technical skill with strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Production Oversight & Operations :

• Manage and participate in all aspects of beverage production, including batching, infusion, filling, packaging, pasteurization, carbonation, and warehousing.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment (blenders, pumps, infusion units, fillers, cappers, labelers, CIP systems).
• Follow established SOPs to ensure potency, flavor, and quality consistency across all SKUs.
• Maintain production schedules to meet demand forecasts while minimizing downtime and waste.

Qualifications Required :

3+ years of experience in food, beverage, cannabis, or nutraceutical production (including at least 1 year in a leadership role).

High school diploma or GED (post-secondary training or certifications preferred).

Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and safety standards.

Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

Preferred :

Experience with cannabis or hemp-derived product manufacturing.

Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.

OSHA safety training or forklift certification.

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary Range : $60,000 - $80,000 (reflecting combined technical and managerial duties).
