What does a Steakhouse Host do?

As a Full Time Steakhouse Host at Miami Valley Gaming, you'll play a vital role in orchestrating the dynamic flow of restaurant operations. Your responsibilities will include seating guests according to our established floor plan to ensure proper rotation for servers, while efficiently maintaining guest reservation lists and confirming bookings through daily calls. You'll be the first touchpoint for our guests, answering phone calls and inputting reservations into our computer system. Collaborating closely with food service attendants and servers, you'll ensure a seamless dining experience while adhering to our 4 Key Elements of Service Delivery and SERVE standards. Adaptability is key, as you may take on additional duties as needed to enhance efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
