Job Description

The USBCDE Compliance Manager is responsible for managing compliance and performance reporting for USBCDE's portfolio of Federal and State New Markets Tax Credit investments. Compliance Manager will report to Assistant Director of Portfolio Servicing, and collaborate with the Asset Management Team.

Key responsibilities include :

Understanding and adhering to treasury regulations, CDFI Fund guidance, allocation agreements, and USBCDE policies and procedures.

Maintaining compliance with federal and state tax credit programs by preparing and filing required reports to applicable program authorities.

Managing deadlines and engaging with internal and external customers to collect, review, and input required data.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Four or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills / Experience

New Markets Tax Credit program experience or familiarity with compliance and performance reporting for other federal, state or local programs

Highly detail-oriented

Experience with AMIS - the CDFI Awards Management Information System

Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Location Expectations

The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range : $86,360.00 - $101,600.00
