Candidates Must Have :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of technical training and experience
10+ years of experience in the electrical contracting industry
PMP certification preferred
Proven ability to manage teams and drive business growth

Key Responsibilities :

Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance

Develop and execute strategic business plans, sales initiatives, and marketing campaigns to achieve organizational goals

Create and manage annual operational plans, setting measurable performance standards across all departments

Build and lead high-performing teams to deliver results and ensure operational excellence
