The Executive Recruiting Partner – Life Sciences will be responsible for delivering top talent across highly specialized roles within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. This position requires deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on sourcing and engaging candidates in niche areas such as commercial, medical affairs, clinical, and scientific functions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract executive and specialized talent across life sciences functionsBuild and manage candidate pipelines for commercial, medical affairs, clinical, regulatory, and scientific leadership rolesAssess candidate qualifications and alignment with client requirements, ensuring only the strongest talent is presentedServe as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligencePartner with clients to manage expectations throughout the recruitment process and guide them through selection and hiring decisionsTrack and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, and offer acceptance ratesMaintain the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality when working with clients and candidatesRequirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience7+ years of successful full-cycle recruitment experience , with proven success in life sciences recruitingDemonstrated expertise recruiting for commercial and medical affairs within pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations requiredExperience recruiting for clinical, regulatory, research & development, and other general administrative roles preferredStrong sourcing skills and ability to identify passive talent in highly competitive marketsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and applicant tracking systems (ATS)Excellent communication, relationship management, and consultative skillsStrong integrity, accountability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentAbility to travel for onsite client support, as neededCompensation & Benefits
