Employment Opportunity - Front Counter / Customer Service.

We’re a family owned business looking for someone with a pleasant, well-mannered presence on the phone who enjoys helping people and working as part of a team. This role includes answering calls, taking orders and messages, and assisting with various shop tasks in a quick-paced, physical environment.

Basic floral knowledge is a plus, but not required - we’re happy to train. What matters most is your character :

Dependable and consistent.

Requirements :

Must be physically able to lift 45lbs.

Have a clean driving record.

Must be able to use cellphone & understand basic computer navigation (ie. pdf creation, email attachments, basic Google sheets or Excel).

While floral experience is preferred, on the job training is available.
