Technical Software Implementation Specialist

A company is looking for a Technical Software Implementation Specialist - Meter Data Management (MDM).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the setup, configuration, and testing of third-party Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) systems for integration with the Meter Data Management System (MDMS)

Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with utility clients, ensuring alignment with operational goals

Present application usage strategies and industry best practices to utility clients, providing ongoing application support throughout the implementation phases

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in software implementation or enterprise system configuration

Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts

Familiarity with utility systems (MDMS, AMI, CC&B) is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience preferred

Basic understanding of project management principles
