Business Ownership : Own the Mailjet P&L, measuring and reviewing the success of the product line through business metrics including adoption, revenue, and margin. Recommend when to build, buy, or partner based on effective trade-off analysis.
Execution and Delivery : Ensure your team is effectively managing the development backlog, prioritizing work based on business impact, and collaborating with design and engineering to deliver high-quality features.
Cross-Functional Leadership : Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams on go-to-market efforts, including launch plans and sales enablement. Communicate product plans and gain stakeholder support from executives, peers, and your teams.
Market Intelligence : Advocate for customers and partners by using market analysis, user research, and synthesizing product feedback to understand user needs and market dynamics.
Requirements
Experience :
A minimum of 10+ years in product management, with 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing direct reports and building strong teams.
Leadership :

Business Acumen :
Demonstrated ability to understand the product, business, and competitive landscape to build comprehensive product strategies. Experience with P&L management and pricing / packaging models is highly desired.

Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; a general manager / owner mentality.
Domain Knowledge :
Strong foundational understanding of API-based freemium SaaS products. Experience in the email or messaging space is a significant plus.
