Customer Service Representatives. This is an entry-level, full-time position that includes paid training and clear opportunities for career growth in marketing, sales, and client relations.
You will learn brand marketing, customer engagement, compliance, and sales fundamentals while working directly with customers and supporting business development initiatives. Advancement is based on performance, not seniority.
Responsibilities - Attend required training sessions, team meetings, and development workshops
- Learn and apply brand marketing, outreach, and customer engagement strategies
- Interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and compliant manner
- Develop strong product and service knowledge
- Assist with lead generation, customer acquisition, and follow-up
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback
- Support internal teams with campaign planning and execution
- Stay informed on market trends, client updates, and program changes
- Contribute to team-building and leadership activities as you grow
Qualifications - Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required; some college is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work in-person, Monday-Friday, with some weekend availability for events
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills
- Motivated, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand and interact with customers for extended periods
Compensation - Hourly Pay: Based on experience (meets all California wage requirements)
- Weekly Earnings Range: $750 - $1,300 (hourly + incentives)
Bonuses & Incentives - Weekly performance bonuses

Schedule - Full-time
- Day shift: Monday-Friday
