Machine Operator

Job Description

Join our dynamic production team as an Machine Operator, where you will play a crucial role in manufacturing Carbon Rings and Seals for the Oil Industry. This unique opportunity allows you to operate various machines, including CNC, grinders, and more, in a supportive environment that encourages internal promotion.

Responsibilities

• Operate a machine that presses powder carbon into small rings.
• Operate grinding machines to ensure pieces are the correct size after quality checks.
• Perform visual inspections on rings for imperfections.
• Stack rings neatly and move them into a furnace for solidification.
• Operate lapper machines and monitor progress.
• Conduct quality control using micrometers and calipers.
• Manage repetitive tasks with precision and consistency.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr.
