The Internal Medicine - Geriatrics Physician will provide care to patients of all ages in a clinic setting, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. This role requires a commitment of three months, with a focus on completing the credentialing process before starting. Epic training is mandatory and will be scheduled after credentialing is finalized.

Schedule : Looking for a provider to work M-F 8a - 5p in the clinic. Site would like a provider that can see ALL AGES.

The site needs someone that can start the week of the 4 / 4, and can commit to 3 months.

Once credentialing receives a complete package, please allow 21 days for credentialing to be completed.

Epic training is required and cannot be completed until credentialing is complete. All shifts are projected / targeted start times, all contingent on the completion of credentialing.
