What you´ll do

Located within the R&D facilities in Trumbull, CT, Stability Scientist conducts on-time and accurate stability tests as directed or requested by the responsible Manager, leading to the development of shelf-stable Laundry & Home Care and Body Care products.

Distribute received stability samples from the drop-off zone to the corresponding units

Organize and maintain active test samples, long term samples and retains

Dispose samples from terminated studies, properly maintain stability units

Conduct and document equipment calibration and maintenance of laboratory

Execute stability testing :

Conduct stability testing on Laundry & Home Care and Body Care products

Load / unload the stability robot with due samples

Run daily measurements of samples including pH, viscosity, color / sediment assessment utilizing the stability robot

Daily transfer of stability data from Henkel internal systems to stability robot and vice versa

Issue resolution :

Identify issues as they arise and quickly inform key stakeholders

  • Bachelor's Degree in Natural Science (Biology, Chemistry)

The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
