Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized and operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate executive meetings, including agenda development, logistics, and follow-up actions.
- Provide administrative support to other C-level executives as needed.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Support strategic planning and execution of company-wide goals.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in the healthcare or staffing industries.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.Why Join All Star?
