Floor Nurse - LPN or RN

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Floor Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team!

12 hour shift - Daytime 7a to 7p

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to residents while promoting a safe, caring, and supportive environment.

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report promptly to the physician and supervisor.
• Complete and maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Assist CNAs and ensure all resident care needs are met.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and training sessions.
