Groundskeeper

Our groundkeeper plays a vital role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of HOA-managed common areas. This includes basic repairs, routine upkeep, and general maintenance throughout the community such as the clubhouse, fitness center, pool area, walking trails, and shared infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform light repairs and maintenance on buildings, fences, gates, signage, and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of all community amenities, including playgrounds, dog parks, walking trails, and the clubhouse.
• Complete minor plumbing and electrical work, such as fixing leaks, replacing outlets, or unclogging drains.
• Perform painting, drywall patching, and general upkeep in shared spaces.
• Assist with pool area maintenance (furniture repairs, safety checks, etc.).
• Assemble furniture or equipment for community events or amenity spaces.
• Monitor for and report safety hazards, damage, or vandalism.
• Maintain an organized inventory of tools and supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors or contractors when outside services are needed.
• Support seasonal tasks (pressure washing, storm prep, dcor installation, etc.).
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from HOA staff or Board.

Work Schedule :

Part-time or full-time depending on community needs. Occasional weekend or evening work may be required for emergency repairs or community events.
