Graduate Nurse Full Time Days & Nights Position Summary

\n

This is a developmental program for graduate nurses who want to develop multiple and varied clinical skills in multiple nursing specialties. This position requires participation in a guided training and developmental program.

\n

\n

Job Responsibilities

\n

Will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care. Will specifically, assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients. Will also assume responsibility for the supervision of staff to which nursing care is appropriately delegated.

\n

\n

Onboarding Process : Please be advised that candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening which includes a drug screen.

Education

\n

Required : Graduated from state approved school of nursing or an accredited school or upcoming graduation within the next 6 months or less

Preferred : Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree)
